Vegetarian-friendly restaurant featuring the best Veggie-burger in Southern Nevada, as identified by Vegas Veg (www.VegasVeg.com), a Vegan, Vegetarian, and Vegetarian-friendly grassroots group.  The Veggie-Burger at Serendipity III is great, and had no adverse effects on a sensitive stomach, so I would also deduce that it is not cooked on the same grill as the animal-products.  Serendipity III also features a Portobello/Eggplant sandwich as well, with large portions, so you will not walk away hungry or disappointed, guaranteed.
